In full compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Velshade unconditionally accepts returns and guarantees 100% full refunds with zero deductions if the delivered product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered.

Custom-printed apparel, personalized graphic pieces, gift cards, items missing their original frosted packaging or brand tags, and requests submitted without an uncut opening video are final sale and non-returnable unless verified upon initial delivery.
You can initiate an exchange or return directly from your account under the Orders dashboard on our website (click the Exchange / Return option on your delivered order), or by sending your Order ID and uncut parcel opening video directly to our WhatsApp support (+91 88488 31496) or emailing return@velshade.com. Once authorized, our logistics team coordinates doorstep reverse pickup.
Once your returned package reaches our facility and passes physical quality inspection, approved refunds are credited directly to your original method of payment (bank account / card / UPI) within 5–7 business days. For standard returns, a nominal reverse courier and handling fee of ₹99 is deducted from the order refund amount, and the full remaining balance is credited to your account.
Need a different size or fit? Size exchanges are 100% FREE with zero deductions. We arrange reverse pickup and deliver your replacement tee at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reverse pickup and replacement/refund are 100% free and borne entirely by Velshade with ZERO deductions. For voluntary returns requested by the customer, reverse courier pickup is charged at a flat nominal rate of ₹99 deducted from the refund payout.
